First planted in 1990, the Bullnose vineyard’s red iron gravels produce Te Mata Estate’s finest Syrah which show floral and spice aromas, rich flavours and a velvet texture. Named after the British Motor Company’s Morris Cowley nicknamed Bullnose due to its distinctive radiator.
At Te Mata, this links to two very prominent people in our history who also happened to be car enthusiasts, Michael Morris and Peter Cowley. This unique, never before offered vertical of Bullnose is something special indeed. (1992–2021 excluding 94;98;07;10;17)
