Hand-picked fruit, gently whole-bunch pressed direct to a one-year-old extra fine grain Taransaud barrel, where it remained undisturbed through fermentation and élevage. Wild ferment, matured on lees for 12 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered – winemaker James’ standout barrel from an incredible vintage.
