Produced from hand harvested and whole bunch pressed Clone 95 Chardonnay. Bottle fermented with 48+ months bottle ageing on yeast lees.

Tour Vilaura’s Hawke’s Bay Tirage and Disgorgement winery, before enjoying a 6-course dining experience for 2 at Pacifica Restaurant, with a bottle of Vilaura to make a toast to your special evening.
