Produced from hand harvested and whole bunch pressed Clone 95 Chardonnay. Bottle fermented with 48+ months bottle ageing on yeast lees.

Tour Vilaura’s Hawke’s Bay Tirage and Disgorgement winery, before enjoying a six-course dining experience for two at Pacifica Restaurant, with a bottle of Vilaura to make a toast to your special evening.

Winery Tour & Pacifica Restaurant booking subject to availability, and must be redeemed by 31 December 2024. Winery tour for up to 10 people. Wine lot to be collected during winery tour.
