Blend your wine from the 2026 vintage, guided by our renowned winemakers: Matt Kirby, Rob Bregmen and Tim Turvey. Choose from either Chardonnay or a red blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Franc, Malbec, Syrah).
Over two hours, we will help you to concoct a wine that suits your palate from our wine sources and barrels. After the blending workshop, you’ll sit in the Clearview restaurant for a relaxed lunch, sampling wines cellared from the past, spoilt by Clearview’s worldclass chefs led by Lance Canning.
To celebrate 40 years since the birth of Clearview, also included are 6 bottles of 2024 Endeavour Chardonnay – one of New Zealand’s most expensive wines, with a retro old label to mark the event.
Ts & Cs: Blending experience and lunch is for eight to ten people. Bookings are subject to availability.
