Enjoy an exclusive private barrel blending session for six with winemaker Hugh Crichton, including shared platters, as you help craft the newest addition to Elephant Hill’s single-vineyard Chardonnay range – Sea, Earth and Stone.
The highly acclaimed 2025 vintage provides the first harvest of Chardonnay from our Gimblett Gravels ‘Stone’ single vineyard. The 2025 Stone Chardonnay will join our Sea Chardonnay from Te Awanga, and Earth Chardonnay from the Bridge Pa Triangle to complete the trio of single sub-regional bottlings of Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay.
Handpicked, naturally fermented, and aged for a year in high quality French barrels, this is a truly unique expression of Chardonnay from Hawke’s Bay’s world-renowned subregion, the Gimblett Gravels. Only 150 cases will be produced of this limited release wine, of which a quarter barrique will be donated to the auction to celebrate the launch of this significant new wine from Elephant Hill.
