Blend your wine guided by our renowned winemakers: Matt Kirby, Rob Bregmen and Tim Turvey. Choose from either Chardonnay or a red blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Franc, Malbec, Syrah).
Over two hours, we will help you to concoct a wine that suits your palate from our wine sources and barrels. 2024 is one of our best vintages in our 40 years of growing, so this is guaranteed to be a special vintage to add to your cellar. After the blending workshop, you’ll sit in the Clearview restaurant for a relaxed lunch, sampling wines cellared from the past, spoilt by Clearview’s world class chefs led by Lance Canning.
