2026 was an exceptional harvest and the resulting wines are classically beautiful Hawke’s Bay Chardonnays.
Join Warren, Lorraine and Hawke’s Bay Wine Auction Ambassador Mike McRoberts to blend your own 2026 Bilancia Chardonnay. The wines will be from five unique Hawke’s Bay soils – ‘Cinque Terre’ (five earths).
After plenty of tasting and discussion and you have agreed on your blend, enjoy lunch and wine with the winemakers.
Terms & Conditions: Blending experience is limited to four people, but additional participants may be able to be added at the winner’s expense. Blending experience must be booked between 4th-7th December 2026.
