Hand harvested Two Terraces Vineyard Mendoza Chardonnay was whole-bunch pressed to ferment in one of our unique Hawke’s Bay built concrete egg fermenters. In total, we produced six concrete egg wines in 2024 that normally combine to produce our famous Golden Egg Chardonnay. When it came to assembling blends for 2024, Egg No.3 was a phenomenal stand-out and deemed sufficiently unique and powerful to be bottled as a Single Vineyard expression. This wine is exclusively available to our Wine Club Members and restaurant clients. Only 100 cases have been produced. This Quarter Barrique Lot will cellar beautifully for up to 8-10 years or be enjoyed any time prior.
