This world-class Bordeaux style red wine showcases the best of ripe Cabernet grown in the Gimblett Gravels, Hawke’s Bay. Chef Sam and the team at the Central Fire Station are also generously offering a Parisian Bistro dining experience for up to 8 people paired with Chateau Garage wines.
