Blend your own wine guided by our renowned winemakers: Matt Kirby, Rob Bregmen and Tim Turvey. Choose from either Chardonnay or a red blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Franc, Malbec, Syrah).
Over two hours, we will help you to concoct a wine that suits your palate from our wine sources and barrels. After the blending workshop, you’ll sit in the famous Clearview restaurant for a relaxed lunch, sampling wines cellared from the past and being spoilt by Clearview’s world class chefs led by Lance Canning.
Terms & Conditions: Blending experience and lunch is for eight to ten people. Dates are subject to availability.
