Available Approx: June 2027
A unique Malbec dominant single barrel lot made exclusively for the Hawke’s Bay Wine Auction. This wine was thoughtfully blended from two of our best red wine parcels from the exceptional 2025 vintage. The exuberance of Malbec brings inky dark colour, concentrated brambly berry fruit, lifted floral aromas and a powerful frame. Syrah brings a more refined textural nature to the wine, balancing the tannin structure while contributing complementary dark fruit, florals, and warm exotic spice notes.
The successful bidder will also enjoy our privately hosted TOM Experience for up to six people, in a private tasting room set within our repurposed historic concrete tanks. This experience includes a guided three vintage vertical tasting (nine wines total) of our iconic TOM Chardonnay, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, accompanied by three small plate food matches.
Ts & Cs: TOM Experience bookings are for a maximum of six people and subject to availability. Must be redeemed by 11 September 2027.
