Enjoy 24 bottles of 2025 Mourvèdre (aka Monastrell or Mataro) from la collina vineyard.
Mourvèdre prefers its face in the sun so growing high up on the la collina terraces is ideal.
Hand-picked and hand destemmed by our harvest friends, indigenous ferment (primary and MLF) in kegs in our lounge and finally, hand pressed by us. Hand bottled. There are no additives in this wine other than some sulphur at bottling. A completely ‘hands on’, unicorn wine. A very rare offering indeed. Heady and structured with an intense aroma of blackberries.
