Four magnums of Smith & Sheth Cantera – a unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Cabernet Franc – from each of the 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 vintages. From select vineyard parcels in the stony riverbed soils of the iconic Gimblett Gravels and made only in exceptional vintages, Cantera is aged in only the finest oak for 18-24 months before bottling. These wines have been cellared in perfect conditions and still have a long life ahead of them – if you can wait!
To accompany the lot is a Smith & Sheth Heretaunga Wine Studio experience – a truly one-of-a-kind wine tasting for up to 8 guests. Over two hours, you’ll be expertly guided on an exclusive journey through three iconic New Zealand wine regions with wines from Smith & Sheth, Pyramid Valley and Lowburn Ferry as your vehicle.
