Sacred Hill is an iconic Hawke’s Bay brand which was founded in 1986. The 2021, 2013 and 2010 Deerstalkers were classic vintages for Hawke’s Bay Syrah. Low yielding vines were handpicked from our Deerstalkers vineyard at optimum ripeness and the concentrated fruit was delicately handled through the winemaking process to produce age worthy examples of benchmark Gimblett Gravels Syrah, packed with perfumed aromatics, intense dark berry fruit and spice characters, and rich yet supple tannins.
