Cuvee II 2023 – our “everyday” bubbles. 100% Chardonnay with 18 months on lees in the bottle. This is a crisp, fresh and fruit-forward Methode with restrained yeast notes and minerality.
Blanc de Noirs 2019 – made from Barbera grapes and with a minimum of 4 years on yeast lees, this is a rich brioche/ yeasty style with subtle and elegant red-berry notes and an explosive fine mousse.
Blanc de Blancs 2019 – the most elegant and refined Methode in our range. 100% Chardonnay with a minimum of 4 years on yeast lees. This wine has a refreshing acidity, long flavour and obvious bready/yeasty notes.
All three wines are “hand-made with passion” using traditional winemaking methods of French Champagne. – hand-picked grapes, hand-bottled, hand-riddled, hand-disgorged and labelled in individually numbered bottles – all on site at de la terre winery.
