We take pleasure in again offering a unique and special Méthode Traditionelle Blanc de Blancs for the Hawke’s Bay Wine Auction.
Cirrocumulus NV is a one-off disgorging after 18 months on tirage with specific dosage that delivers an elevated experience to the palate. We have used a percentage of bottle matured reserve wine to give this cuvée a depth of complex yeast flavour and wonderful brioche aromas in the bouquet. The grapes for this special disgorging were harvested early with optimum sugar ripeness and flavour for Méthode Traditionelle.
Only available through the Hawke’s Bay Wine Auction, it’s a treasure.
