In 2025 we have a very special collaboration with Hawke’s Bay Wine Auction Ambassador, Mike McRoberts, and Chief Winemaker of Te Mata Estate, Phil Brodie.
Together with Mike and Phil in a private blending session, you will swirl, smell and taste your way through a selection of parcels of premium Cabernet Franc from the 2025 vintage. The wine you blend from this unique vintage is from parcels of fruit across the four sub regions where Te Mata has vineyards – Havelock Hills, Bridge Pa Triangle, Gimblett Gravels and Dartmoor. They comprise a mix of mesoclimates , soils, topography, clones and vine age. On finalising your blend, you’ll enjoy a lunch with a glass or two alongside Phil and Mike.
Terms & Conditions: The blending session will take place on 15th or 16th November 2025, or any other date that can be agreed by all parties. The package is for a maxinum of four people.
