Quarter Barrique (72 bottles) of the inaugural release of our 2023 Tony Bish Two Terraces Single Vineyard Chardonnay plus a unique vineyard tasting experience. This is a world first release of our Mendoza Chardonnay from Ian & Linda Quinn’s Two Terraces Vineyard in Mangatahi, Hawke’s Bay. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to 100% Taransaud French Oak barriques for ferment by indigenous vineyard yeasts and aged on lees for 11 months. The winning bidder(s) will be hosted by Tony Bish and the Quinn’s in this highly acclaimed ultra-premium vineyard. On arrival, coffee along with Linda’s world-famous Cheese Scones will be served, followed by a vineyard walk of the Mendoza Block and tasting of this exceptional Chardonnay amongst the very vines harvested for this Single Vineyard wine. An Urban Winery lunch platter will then be served on the deck overlooking a magnificent view of the vineyard and the Ngaruroro River Valley.
