From the gravel-rich, free-draining soils beneath Roy’s Hill, this wine showcases the boldness and power of Cabernet Sauvignon. Fragrant blackcurrant fruit meets refined structure and vibrant acidity, with depth and concentration born from vines that thrive under pressure. A wine of strength, elegance, and character.

Included in this lot is a private in-home degustation dinner for eight curated by Giulio Sturla of Mapu Test Kitchen.  Mapu is an experimental kitchen, not a restaurant. It’s a creative outlet for Chef Giulio Sturla to try new things. Mapu serve in-season and locally sourced food, cooked right in front of you by Giulio. You’ll hear the stories about where the food comes from, who’s responsible for growing and harvesting it, and how Giulio devised the recipes you’ll enjoy.

 

Terms & Conditions: In-home dining experience must be booked for dates between November 2025 and April 2026, confirmed at least 2 months in advance. Successful bidder will need to provide plates, cutlery, wine and water glasses. Additional guests can be added for $250pp.
