Working with recycled materials, native timber off-cuts, stone, clay, copper and brass, Glen creates elegant and compelling works that seamlessly weave together sustainability and storytelling.
His sculptures have been exhibited both nationally and internationally and are held in private collections worldwide, making them a distinctive and highly collectable addition to any art collection.
Glen’s accolades include winning The People’s Choice Award at the Auckland Botanical Gardens Sculpture Exhibition and producing the highest-grossing entry in The Hawke’s Bay Big Apple Project.
Glen says he didn’t hesitate when approached to create this year’s feature artwork.
“I’m genuinely thrilled to be involved. Supporting Cranford Hospice through my work feels incredibly meaningful, and I love the way this event brings Hawke’s Bay together and shows to the world what we do best. It’s a joy to create something special for an event like this, and to know that it will support a cause so important to our community.”
