We are delighted to offer our “trinity” of Single Vineyard wines, crafted from varieties that are synonymous with premium Hawke’s Bay wines; Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
The Trinity Hill Single Vineyard range showcases the unique vineyard sites from which each wine is produced. The lot comprises two dozen bottles each of 2019 Prison Block Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019 Single Vineyard Syrah and 2020 125 Gimblett Chardonnay, plus one additional bottle of each wine for the winning bidder to take home on the day!

Established in 1993, Trinity Hill is a proudly New Zealand owned winery that consistently produces world class wines from 40 hectares of their premium Gimblett Gravels vineyards. The Cellar Door is located within the winery at 2396 State Highway 50 (Roy’s Hill Road), in the heart of the Gimblett Gravels wine region. With a wide selection available for tasting, visitors can also purchase a glass of their favourite wine and a local platter to enjoy on the winery’s expansive lawn.
